Ancoretto® is a cheese made from cow’s milk, of pressed cooked dough, with short ripening of 4-5 months.

It has a cylindrical shape, weighing about 2.5 kg. It has a strong flavor with straw-yellow paste.

It is used as table cheese and to be grated, especially appreciated in the Adriatic regions, between Marche and Puglia.

Ideal for cold meals and quick and delicious appetizers.
