• Tasting Notes: Always a stylish find, the 2011 Pian Delle Vigne Brunello is just about ready to drink and happily so. Solidly concentrated fruit remains stubbornly on the palate despite the distinctive brick coloured hue. Nose is really popping and length is exceptional. In an attractive, peaking state with firm but well-integrated tannins. Wood has been nicely managed and doesn't play a dominant flavour role.
