Bouquet: Full and persistent with appealing notes of cherries, red fruit and sweet spices.
 
Flavour: Rich, encompassing and with a big structure with clean sensations of appealing fruitiness supported by a long finish that caresses the palate.
 
Ideal wine with savoury stuffed pastas, pasta seasoned with piquant sauces or ragout of hare, stew and game in salmì. Excellent as well with aged Pecorino or herbed cheeses.
